Qualified candidates should:

• Have 1 – 3 years of customer service and/or writing experience.
• Be proficient in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and computer keyboarding including Microsoft Office
• Possess excellent communication skills in order to establish good rapport with customers over the phone, via e-mail, and in-person
• Be detail-oriented, task-oriented, organized and able to perform multiple tasks under deadline constraints.
