This is a position that provides program management of the Juvenile Community Corrections and Youth Services programs. Juvenile Community Corrections oversees the core programs of Juvenile Intake and Assessment, Juvenile Intensive Supervised Probation and Community Case Management. Youth Services offers prevention programming to schools and
communities. This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, and overall
coordination of these services. This person oversees the overall job performance of field
service staff, and maintains the overall daily program operations for the 22nd Judicial District

A minimum of four years’ experience in a setting that has focused on children in need of care and/or juvenile offenders is preferred. The Director should be able to demonstrate a high level of skill for public relations, working with diverse populations, and a knowledge of community resources.
