Lucille A. Yoesel, age 98, passed away on March 20, 2025, in Sabetha, KS. She was born on October 10, 1926, in Falls City, NE, to parents Elmer and Amelia (Zimmerman) Scheitel. She married Kenneth P. Yoesel on May 9, 1948, in Falls City. He passed away on January 20, 2016

Lucille was born and raised east of Falls City. When the couple married, they established their home for 2 years in Falls City and later moved to Morrill, KS, and continued to live there. She was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a cook at the Fountain Villa in Sabetha for a couple of years. She was a member of North Ridge Church at Sabetha.

She is survived by her sons: Kent Yoesel (Belinda) of Union, TN, and Mark Yoesel (Marie) of Willamina, OR, 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son in infancy, brothers, Marvin & Wilbur Scheitel & a sister, Evelyn Gatz.

A Graveside was held, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. at Steele Cemetery. No viewing or visitation. A register book may be signed at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home during regular business hours.
