High school seniors in a five-county area will have the opportunity to win a scholarship ranging from $500 to $1,000 from the Northeast Kansas Pro-Life Action League. The selection of recipients will be based primarily, on a 300-500 word essay on the topic, “Comparing Abortion to Slavery”. Other criteria for selecting recipients will include academic achievement, letters of recommendation and pro-life involvement.
