The June 19 Brown County Genealogical Society meeting was opened by President Ray Thieme, with seven members and guests present.
The Horton Senior Center had their monthly carry in dinner on Tuesday, June 17 with 25 members and guests attending.
As I write this article, I am with my family on vacation in one of the most beautiful places on the planet-Wyoming and specifically visiting the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The land and its geography are incredible, and the animals enhance its overwhelming beauty.
The members of the Horton Senior Center welcomed friends from Vintage Park on Monday, June 9. We had a good time visiting and a big thank you to Patsy Killoren for providing some treats. One member and a visitor took a quick tour of our veterans park.
