The Hiawatha Middle School Red Hawk Science Olympiad Team earned several awards at the Science Olympiad competition at Mill Creek in Lenexa on Saturday, Jan. 18.

The following team members earned awards in their respective categories:

• Addy Spare and Gentry Morey earned first place for the Mission Impossible category

• Rozlyn Mathewson and Declan Kettler earned third place for the Scrambler category

• Addy Spare, Briar Schuetz and Ryker Massey earned sixth place for the Code Busters category

• Rozlyn Mathewson and Gentry Morey earned sixth place for the Write It Do It category
