The Morrill Public Library is planning an all-day drop-in Valentine Craft Day on Thursday, Feb. 13.
Stop by the library between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. that day to make cards and small take-home crafts.
Joey May, Community & Youth Service Librarian, said this event will be in the large meeting room downstairs and is a free come-and-go event for a variety of ages. It is recommended that elementary age and younger children be accompanied by an adult.
“We will also have a box for our local care homes – so feel free to make a craft or a card for us to deliver to the elderly who are shut in these cold winter months,” May said.
Contact May at jmay@hiawathalibrary.org or call 785-742-3831 to inquire about this event or any of the other library programs.
