HIGHLAND, Kan. – Thomas Eisenbarth, Precision Agriculture Instructor at Highland Community College’s Western Center in Baileyville, has been recognized by the Kansas Farm Bureau for his leadership and advocacy in promoting mental health awareness in rural communities.
