
HHS Red Hawk Varsity Scholar’s Bowl Team score 7-1 at Perry Lecompton
The Red Hawk Scholar’s Bowl varsity team scored 7-1 and earned second place at the Perry Lecompton 12-team meet on Thursday, Jan. 22.

The Red Hawk Scholar’s Bowl varsity team scored 7-1 and earned second place at the Perry Lecompton 12-team meet on Thursday, Jan. 22.

The Hiawatha Red Hawks were in Seneca Tuesday night, to participate in the 11th annual Nemaha Central Boys Basketball Tournament. They were defeated by the home team by a final score of 52-32. Teams joining Nemaha Central and Hiawatha were from Troy, Jackson Heights, St. Mary’s, Holton, Rock Creek and Marysville.

The Hiawatha Red Hawks were victorious Friday night on Jan. 10 over a very good 4-1 Rossville Bulldogs team. The final score was 57-55.
