I would like to inform the public of our recent equipment enhancements at the Sheriff’s Office. This week we received 10 Philips AEDs that deputies will carry in their patrol vehicles. AED stands for Automated External Defibrillator and it is a portable device that can help people who are experiencing sudden cardiac arrest or heart attack.
The Lady Red Hawks (8-6, 4-4), were home on Tuesday evening. They were beaten by the Holton Lady Wildcats (7-8, 5-5). The final score was 61-34.
The Hiawatha Red Hawks (6-9, 2-5) won at home on Friday night by a score of 60-37. They defeated the Holton Wildcats (5-10, 4-4).
