The Brown County commissioners discussed health plan incentives for Brown County employees during Monday’s morning meeting.Health insurance incentives discussedCommissioner Richard Lehmkuhl mentioned the idea of incentives--such as gift card awards--for employees to participate in programs related to disease control and wellness if anyone was covered under a Brown County health plan.

Mayor to sign RHID

The city commission voted to have Mayor Becky Shamburg sign for a new Reinvestment Housing Incentive District (RHID) during a special meeting on Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m.City Administrator Brad Scott recommended a motion to have the mayor sign the documents for the new RHID for the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) application.
