Highland, Kan. — In a continued commitment to the health, connection and success of every Highland student, the College is launching TimelyCare—a 24/7 virtual health and wellness platform—alongside a new Student Engagement Coordinator for Health and Wellness. This two-fold expansion of its health and wellness initiatives is designed to meet the evolving needs of students, particularly those living in rural communities, by increasing access and support across all HCC campuses.

Doniphan West Celebrates Homecoming 2025 in Mustang Style

Doniphan West High School celebrated Homecoming Week 2025 with a full slate of spirited activities leading up to Friday night’s football victory. Students and staff participated in a week of themed spirit days, a competitive Powder Puff football game, and a parade through Main Street in Highland, all capped off with the Homecoming dance on Saturday evening.

HCC’s Schiller Honored with NASPA IV-West Social Justice and Inclusion Award

Highland, Kan. – Dr. Jennifer Schiller, executive vice president at Highland Community College, has been named the recipient of the prestigious Social Justice and Inclusion Award by NASPA IV-West, a regional division of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators. NASPA IV-West encompasses 10 Midwestern states and two Canadian provinces.
