The Doniphan West Mustangs baseball team earned a doubleheader sweep over Centralia on Thursday, winning game one with a 6-0 shutout and following up with a 14-3 victory in game two.
On Thursday, April 3, the Doniphan West Mustangs softball team hosted Maur Hill-Troy and split the doubleheader, falling just short in game one before bouncing back with a dominant win in game two. GameChanger Media reported the following information:

The Doniphan West chapter of the National Honor Society inducted new members in an evening ceremony on Tuesday, March 25. The new members, Michael Albers, Hayden Paolino, Jaidyn Smith, Tabin Clary, Brooklynn Drake, Kayte Falk, Andi Foster, Courtney Johnson, Lydia Keebler, Layla Kuhnert and Anna Sinclair, met the requirements of leadership, service, scholarship and character.
The DWHS Mustangs kicked off their baseball season with two wins in a home doubleheader against the Pleasant Ridge Rams on Thursday, March 20. The Mustangs claimed a 7-1 win in the opener before outlasting the Rams 12-7 in game 2.
Four DWHS Mustangs earned postseason Twin Valley League (TVL) basketball honors for their outstanding performances this season. Sophomore Courtney Johnson was named to the All-League First Team, and seniors Brennah Edie and Katie Johnson, along with junior Kolter Peterson, received second-team honors.
