Horton restaurant seized and sealed shut for unpaid taxes
Kansas Department of Revenue agents seized assets of El Cazador Mexican Grill in Horton and Horton resident Ashlee Munoz on Tuesday, March 11 for failing to pay nearly $70,000 in unpaid taxes, according to a press release on KDOR’s web site.
