Poetry Out Loud Champion from Horton special guest at Friends of the Library Annual Meeting
Horton High School student Victoria Jelks--who is a two-time national Poetry Out Loud Champion--performed a poem and gave a presentation about the national poetry performance competition for the annual Friends of the Library meeting that took place at Morrill Public Library on Tuesday, April 15.
