The Red Hawk Forensics team competed at the State Festival competition at Wichita on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. The result were three medalists and earning strong scoring in a one-act play competition, finishing up this spring’s forensics season.
The Hiawatha High School Red Hawks Forensics Team earned first place at the Jackson Heights Invitational on Monday, with every member of the team being state qualified in either the State Championships or the State Festival.
The Hiawatha High School Red Hawk Forensics Team placed fifth at the Washington County Invitational on Friday, March 28 and also placed seventh at the Riverside Invitational on Saturday, March 29.

The Red Hawks placed fourth at the Atchison County High School Talking Tigers Invitational on Saturday, March 1.
The Hiawatha High School Red Hawk Forensics Team competed at the Marysville forensics meet on Saturday, Feb. 22, with different team members making different placements. This match was a quick turnaround compared to the Royal Valley, where the Red Hawk team members did not make any placements.

The Red Hawk Forensics Team placed fifth at the Nemaha Central meet that took place on Saturday, Feb. 1.
